Neagley & Chase came to us with architectural drawings that needed to be value-engineered and turned into shop drawings. By working closely with Fire Tower Engineering we were able to provide a comprehensive set of stamped timber frame drawings. The trusses and architectural millwork was fabricated out of S4S Douglas fir and coated with Heritage Natural Finish exterior oil, and all the joinery was traditional mortise and tenon, which is fitting for a forest service office!
