This was a turn key build, for which we designed, cut and raised the frame, and did the custom carpentry: doors, siding, windows, roof, stairs and loft. All the wood is local eastern white pine, sawn at LSF forest-products. The second floor loft gave the client the optionality to add a seasonal apartment in the future.
